Today's discussion reflects on different ways to spot fake Chanel vintage handbags. The reason behind is the massive proliferation of fake designer handbags over the net and elsewhere.

1. Logo – Chanel logo bags has two interlocking ‘C’ letters facing away from each other. The letter right facing ‘C’ must bisect at the top of the other ‘C’ which is facing towards the left.



2. Authentic Chanel guarantee card – All Chanel bags comes with an authentic embossed card with its corresponding serial number. So here, what we’re looking for is an embossed card and a serial number. Obviously without these 2 items chances are that handbag is the dubious Chinel handbags.



3. Serial number – Again, all Chanel handbags carry their respective serial number inside the bags. Older versions of Chanel handbags have their serial number printed on a white Chanel sticker with logo printed in gold. While the later models have them almost the same, this time with 2 gold Chanel logo which is the base for the sticker. Where to look for the serial sticker, that is hard to take out by the way, it’s at the lower left corner or the zipper pocket. Again anything less would construe to be another Chinel.



4. Buyers should match both the serial number of the bag and authenticity guarantee card issued by Chanel to the original buyer.

Lastly, you might be wondering what a chinel is. Well that's what I call a fake Chanel, Chanel that are made in China.
